BARK FOR LIFE WALK
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Chambersburg is pleased to announce a new event to Franklin County: The Bark for Life Walk celebrates cancer survivors, honors those we have lost to cancer, and provides an opportunity for dog-lovers and our canine friends to support The American Cancer Society’s efforts to save lives and create more birthdays. Bark For Life is a way for participants to honor dogs as caregivers.
Dogs of all sizes and their owners are invited to join the American Cancer Society Bark For Life of Chambersburg (rain date of May 12) on a one-mile course for participants to walk. Activities, contest, and the walk will begin following opening ceremonies. Pre-registration is $10 a dog and $5 for each additional dog. All registered doggie participants receive a Bark For Life bandana and a goody bag.
